
Premier's group exercise program offers an impressive array of classes to increase health, fitness and self-esteem for every body type, age and aerobic capacity. The club offers traditional aerobic classes as well as classes on the cutting edge such as BODYPUMP, Kickboxing, Pilates Mat, Yoga, Zumba and Spinning (see Group Xercise schedule).
10-75 This class is High Intense Interval training (HIIT), intended to improve performance and burn fat with a short and intense workout.
Bodyrolling Using a specially designed ball, this cutting edge fitness class increases range of motion, improves flexibility, balance, core strength and muscle tone. It prevents and heals injuries fast.
BODYPUMP™ by Les Mills The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenge all your major muscle groups using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Boxing Boot Camp Will focus on the sweet science of boxing, proper movement, balance, punches in combination of speed, power and good defense. Gain speed, upper and lower body strength, increase body conditioning and agility!
Cardio Jammin' A dance based multi-impact cardio class that gets you sweating to the tunes on the street.
Circuit Training This is a total body fitness training class. Move through a variety of stations created to strength the entire body while burning calories. Non-stop fun!
FXT Functional Cross Training class. Get off the floor to train your body to be stronger. Cardio drills mixed with core conditioning and ultimate strength work.
Interval Madness A high-energy class that combines intervals of step, high/low impact and sculpting.
Ketelbells Workout Ketelbells are weights. They look like a cannonball with a suitcase handle. Ketelbells represent functional training in its purest sense. Workouts are intense and advanced.
Kickboxing A class that combines, punches, kicks, and cardio into non-stop conditioning for the entire body. Develops skills in coordination, power and balance while building a strong mind and body.
Pilates Mat A series of exercises designed to strengthen the core by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. In addition, the exercise improves flexibility and joint mobility, and builds strength.

Total Body Sculpt A non-cardio class that covers all major muscle groups for strengthening and endurance.
Restorative Yoga Focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures, your body finds the shape of the posture and melts into place, nervous system switches to calmness and the body has the opportunity to renew and heal.
Vinyasa Yoga places an emphasis on the linking of basic hatha yoga poses, producing a flowing meditation and powerful yoga practice. (Knowledge of the basic yoga poses required.)
Yoga An ancient practice of uniting all aspects of a person – body, mind and spirit – through physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Flexibility, strength and muscle tone improve quickly.
Zumba A a danced - based fitness craze! Dynamic movement to a fusion of Latin and International music.
