Throughout the year, certified water safety instructors offer private, semi-private and group swim lessons for all ages. Children's Swim Lessons are offered throughout the week according to the child's ability and age. Most group swim lesson sessions are for eight weeks and are open to the public. Summer group lessons tend to be of shorter duration and are priced accordingly.

Water Babies: AGES 6 MOS.-36 MOS. Parent and child explore water activities with games and song. Parent is taught skills to help child adjust to water environment.
Pre-school and Youth Classes
LEVEL 1: Introduction to Water Skill-AGES 3-5YRs OR 6-16YRs. No prerequisites. Students introduced to water environment. Basic floating, breath control and elementary aquatic skills taught.
LEVEL 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills-AGES 3-5YRS OR 6-16YRs. Must have completed LEVEL 1 or be evaluated. Students learn front and back floating and recovering as well as alternating arm and leg action without support.
LEVEL 3: Stroke Development- AGES 3-5yrs OR 6-16YRs. Must have completed LEVEL 2 or be evaluated. Students build on skills and learn to coordinate the front and back crawl. Elements of butterfly and breaststroke are introduced.
LEVEL 4: Stroke Improvement-AGES 6YR-16YR. Must have completed LEVEL 3 or be evaluated. Students will increase endurance on known strokes and put together the butterfly and breaststroke. They begin working on elementary backstroke and sidestroke.
LEVEL 5: Stroke Refinement- AGES 6YR-16YR. Must have completed LEVEL 4 or be evaluated. Strokes will be refined and elements of competitive swimming are incorporated, such as longer distances, flip turns and starts.
Competitive Swim Training - 13 Weeks
Pre Competitive Swim: For children ages 7 and up. Monday-Thursday 4:30 – 5:30pm
Competitive Swim: For Children ages 9 and up. Monday- Thursday5:30– 6:30pm
ARC Certification: (American Red Cross). Premier is the place to go for water safety and to get ready for summer or part-time employment. The club offers certification classes in Lifeguard Training, Water Safety Instruction (WSI), CPR, First Aid, and others.
