Montrose’s Recreational Junior Sports Clinics are offered here at Premier.

Junior Ballerz Sports are designed for children 2.5 to 11 years of age to develop physically, cognitively and emotionally within the atmosphere of Sports and Physical Education.
Junior Ballerz  will introduce the basic fundamentals and rules of a sport through structured weekly classes to create and build on a skill set and knowledge base that increases the chances of success in organized sports leagues. Children gain confidence, balance, coordination, agility and teamwork skills needed in a positive atmosphere that makes learning fun and exciting!

About Coach Mike Reynolds

Coach Mike Reynolds runs Jr. Ballerz sports programs through recreation departments and health clubs all over Westchester.  A decorated 3 sport athlete in high school, Mike brings the experience of a walk-on Division 1 baseball player (West Virginia University), scholarship Division 11 basketball player (Concordia College New York).  Mike’s unique and versatile coaching style resonates with all skill levels and age groups he works with.has a unique and versatile coaching style resonates with all levels and ages he works with.

Junior Ballerz Pre-Sports

Gym classes designed to develop the basic listening and motor skills needed to start Preschool and play organized sports.
We offer: Mondays or Thursdays Classes for Ages 3 -5

Develop skills such as running, passing, catching, dribbling, rebounding and shooting.
