The entire family can dive in at Premier Athletic Club in Montrose, New York! You can swim laps for exercise or splash around just for fun in our aquatic amenities:

Indoor lap pool
Jacuzzi
Outdoor recreational pool and kiddie pool
Masters Swim classes
Swimming lessons for children ages 6 months and older
Adult water fitness classes

The outdoor swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day; the climate-controlled indoor pool is open year-round – so weather won’t get in the way.
