What is small group training? Combine the energy of a group class with more focused attention from the trainer, and there you have it. 

Small group training sessions offer limited class size, which means your trainer is close-by for support and motivation. And class members provide that added spark of fun! You’ll get the support you might miss when working out on your own.

Try our Functional Training Room classes offered every day at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 6:15pm.
