Meet Our Racquetball Pro, Beth Shea

Don’t worry if you’re new to the sport, our Montrose gym offers racquetball lessons for those who want to learn how to play. You can learn an exciting new sport or improve your skills with our club pro, Beth Shea.  Beth has been teaching racquetball for over 25 years, coached top adult and junior competitors, and is a nationally ranked Open Player.

So grab a racket, hit the court, and give racquetball a shot. You might just discover your new favorite sport!


Our courts are available to members at no additional fee and you can book up to 5 days in advance through the front desk.

Challenge courts for Advanced Doubles players take place every Monday and Friday evening from 5:00-7:00pm.  If you are an experienced player, this is an excellent way to meet others on your own level.

Singles Challenge courts for intermediates are typically once a week in the afternoon. New players are invited to a free introductory session so that our racquetball pro, Beth Shea, can match you with other members.

Racquetball Lessons for All Ages

Learn an exciting new sport or improve your skills with our club pro, Beth Shea! Lessons are available for both children and adults.

Junior programs for ages seven and up take place on weekday afternoons.  Adult lessons are available during the day, evenings, and weekends. Group clinics run each season.

All lessons should be booked at the front desk.


1 Hour Lesson: $56

1 Hour (semi private per person): $30
